Profile for Recruiter:

  • Responsibilities
    • Work with the Recruitment manager on the recruiting planning
    • Deliver recruitment objectives based on the be-weekly goals
    • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
    • Follows the corporate Recruitment process and lead the interview plan for each open position
    • Manage the Recruitment process from A to Z with accuracy (Create and validate job descriptions, Post vacancies in our Job Portals and LinkedIn, screen candidates, plan interviews, send feedback, etc.)
    • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
    • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
    • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
    • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable
  • Experience
    • You are fluent in English (spoken & written)
    • You have 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment as a Recruiter or Recruiter assistant
    • You have working experience in HR team
    • You have a valid work permit to work in The Netherlands
